About Me
Hey, I’m Kate!
I’m a Writer, Photographer, Filmmaker, and Social Media Strategist based in L.A. I work remotely and travel often. I am also very passionate about wellness and well-being—I love anything growth-oriented—and have been a spiritual explorer for most of my adult life. I’m Reiki certified a few times over, with First and Second Degree Reiki, First and Second Degree Holy Fire Reiki, and First and Second Degree Animal Reiki certification. I’m also certified to give the Oneness Blessing (AKA Deeksha.)
A very pivotal time in my occurred when I first started coming across content about anxiety and trauma. What they do to the body, and how that can show up over time. Making connections that I hadn’t made before—and also newly understanding how much trauma I had experienced—was jarring, to say the least.
I started consuming as many books as possible on these topics and testing out every healing modality I could find. While growth is an ever-evolving process, I can safely say that doing all of this has completely changed my life. I’m passionate about sharing my experiences to others who might be looking for similar things.
